At ROI WATER USA, your satisfaction with our premium hydration products is our priority; however, due to the consumable nature of our water, we can only accept returns on unopened and undamaged cases within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Shipment

    Ensure the water cases are in their original, unopened packaging and clearly mark the RA number on the exterior of the shipping box.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Send the items back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our warehouse verifies the seal integrity of the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
